3. Catalog and purchases
Catalog descriptions and prices are presented for course selection. The browser cart is a demonstration feature until a supported payment and fulfillment service is connected. Do not treat a local cart as proof of a completed purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully, do not interfere with its operation, do not attempt unauthorized access, and do not copy or redistribute course materials for commercial use.
5. Intellectual property
Serenova Ledger names, course text, lesson structures, interface content, and original materials belong to Serenova Ledger or its licensors. These terms grant a limited personal-use right, not ownership.
6. Availability and changes
We may revise, suspend, or discontinue features, content, or prices. We will make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Serenova Ledger is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on general educational content, browser storage, interruptions, or unauthorized use of the website.
